S@U, User Support Service is a virtual information service that fields enquiries about CRAI libraries and their services and resources. Remember that you can also consult the FAQs, as your question may already have been answered.
The S@U can also be used to make complaints and suggestions or to express thanks.

Enquiries about the services and resources offered by the CRAI
Members of the UB community:if you are a student or a member of teaching and research staff (PDI), administrative and service staff (PAS) or Alumni Premium UB, select the topic of your enquiry and then identify yourself using your UB intranet username and password (for Món UB, Intranet PDI and PAS or Alumni Premium UB)..
External users: if you are not a member of the UB university community, you should select the subject of your enquiry and complete the form on the page.
