User training courses are designed to provide information about the CRAI, its libraries and its services and information resources, which are available to the university community. External users pay a fee for this service.

If you are enrolled at or work at a UB-affiliated centre and would like to take a CRAI training course and you don't have UB credentials send your request to pab-sd(at)ub.edu, with the following details: your name and surname, your centre, and the name of the courses you are interested in.
A wide range of sessions for teaching and research staff are organized by the CRAI, in collaboration with the Institute of Education Sciences (ICE). These include training on demand and accreditation of training activities. Additional information is available on the ICE website.
The University makes available the Self-access language learning centres, one of them is integrated at Economics and Business CRAI Library - Bachelor's degree and offers resources in English, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
