The CRAI offers the TACTIC portal, which provides access to a variety of LKT (learning and knowledge technologies) and ICT (information and communication technologies) tools, a comprehensive range of training tips, and a digital portfolio of teaching materials created by the teaching and learning support service.
The aim is to have a comprehensive support service for UB users in the field of learning, teaching, and knowledge transfer and to introduce them to the tools used at the University.
The portal is divided in sections:
- From the Catàleg eines TAC and Catàleg eines TIC sections, you can consult a list of selected tools and resources, which are presented in a descriptive sheet format, with a brief description of what the tool is used for, who is the developer, whether it has a free licence or not, the access to download when available, if it is a secure tool in terms of data protection, etc.
- In the Autoformació section, you will find training tips, as well as other tutorials and guides on how to use the tools that are mostly used by teachers or students in the field of higher education.
- In the Blog TÀCTIC section, you can consult articles on the use and application of different ICT/LKT resources.
- In the Et recomanem section, you will find the tools that the university makes available to you.
- Users can contact the Teaching Unit of the CRAI to request personalized training on a specific topic. Sessions will be arranged once enough users have expressed an interest.
The information on the website is updated on a regular basis, and allows users to evaluate the tools and resources, in order to find out which ones best suit their needs.
There is also the possibility of subscribing to the monthly newsletter to keep up to date with everything that is published.
