The interlibrary loan service can be used to locate and obtain the original or a copy of any kind of document that cannot be found at the CRAI and that is not available through the Consortium Loans PUC. It also centralizes the loan of UB items to other institutions. This is a paid service.
Before you request a document, check the Cercabib and the University Union Catalogue of Catalonia. Remember that the PUC allows you to request both physical documents (books, videos, etc.) and electronic or digitized articles and chapters both from the institutions of the Consortium of University Services of Catalonia (CSUC) and from international academic institutions.

Aimed at:
Members of the UB community (students, teaching and research staff, PTGAS, and accredited UB Alumni). You may request documents that you cannot find at the CRAI or through the PUC. You must be registered in the database of users of the CRAI loan service, have no overdue items, and not be temporarily blocked from using the library and interlibrary loan services.

Private centers and institutions libraries. Libraries of institutions may request photocopies and loans of documents from UB collections. Libraries of private centers can also request documents from around the world.
