DESCRIPTION
The CRAI User Services Unit manages and coordinates processes associated with services for CRAI users, in accordance with current legislation and internal guidelines, to provide the best possible service to all users.
Functions
- To coordinate and provide support for advice and guidance on the use of the different services:
- Document and equipment loans
- Inter-library loans
- Library consortium loans (PUC)
- Access to online resources
- Services for users with special requirements
- Specialist bibliography curation
- User training
- User support service (SAU)
- To compile and publish statistical data and indicators for evaluating the services provided by the CRAI.
