The Eduroam (EDUcation ROAMing) network is the Wi-Fi service for the entire UB community (students, PDI and PTGAS).
It offers the following features:
- Security: encrypts all traffic at all times.
- Convenience: allows credentials to be saved on the device, so they do not need to be entered every time (except when the password is changed).
- Connection continuity: maintains the connection while moving around within the UB.
- External mobility: allows connection from other universities and institutions from around the world.
- Access to the UB's electronic resources.
If you experience connection problems, contact the Student Support Service (SAE) if you are a student, or the Punt d'Atenció d'Usuaris (PAU) if you are PDI or PTGAS.
