Our user training service is intended to inform all of our potential users about the CRAI, its libraries and the many services and information resources it offers to the university community and training them in information skills.
Fees apply for non-UB users in some of these services.

Practical classes and guided visits
Rare Book and Manuscript CRAI Library: The manuscript room is available for practical classes with documentation provided by the teacher. Further information. Pavelló de la República CRAI Library: Guided visits of the library building and the collection can be arranged on request. More information.

Would you like to learn more about journal rankings (impact factors and quartiles)? Do you need to locate citations (journal articles, books, reviews)?
Open knowledge, digital repositories, UB scientific journals (RCUB), teaching resources and copyright, Rare Book and Manuscript Library: Miguel de Cervantes Virtual Library, Memòria Digital de Catalunya, Catalan Journals in Open Access (RACO).
The UB's Virtual Campus, image editing, social media in the classroom, creating infographics, data analysis with Google Analytics, tools for plagiarism detection, making effective presentations and videos...
Training is also offered by the ICE (for teaching and research staff), per al PDI, des de Corporate Training (for administrative and service staff), the SAE (for students) and the self-access language learning centres (CAL) for all members of the UB community.
