The CRAI Teaching Unit manages and provides information resources and useful services for teaching to the UB community, in line with CRAI and UB-wide guidelines.
Functions
To create teaching materials:
Self-service digitization facilities for text and images
Self-service digitization facilities for audio-visual materials and digital file conversion
Implementation and creation of online materials
Creation of teaching material in CD or DVD format
To publish and disseminate these materials in repositories and on the UB website.
To coordinate, plan and support the management and use of the UB Virtual Campus. More information, tutorials and user guides in the Virtual Campus Portal
To provide guidance and support to teachers in teaching and learning tasks.
To provide training on the use of computing tools and resources for teaching and learning.
The CRAI Teaching Unit plans and coordinates all of the services offered to UB users at Teaching Support Points (PSD), which are located in the CRAI libraries in every UB faculty and school.
